Regal Awards celebrate excellence in the home building industry and are awarded during the first quarter of each year to the premier builders in Delaware to showcase their efforts from the prior year. Regal Awards are awarded by the Home Builders Association of Delaware in a variety of categories and price ranges for new homes, styles and communities.
