Coastal Series
The Coastal Series offers homes of 2,700-5,000 square feet and features semi-custom designs from both Klabe Homes and Southern Living’s home plan collections. Similar in appearance to the Cottage Series, the Coastal Homes offer upgraded amenities and more spacious floor plans. Design elements include standing seam metal roofs with decorative brackets, front porches, and lap siding with board and batten accent siding in select areas. Similar to homes found in coastal design and living magazines, these exquisite beach homes also feature popular first floor master suites, upgraded trim and countertops, and energy efficient materials.
