Warranty
Klabe Home Builders offers the 2-10 Home Buyers Warranty. This warranty provides you with insurance-backed, limited warranty protection from frame to foundation, interior systems to exterior finish.

What is covered?
1. Workmanship and materials are covered for one year from settlement date.
2. Portions of the plumbing, electrical and mechanical systems are covered for
two years from settlement date.
3. Qualified structural defects are covered for ten years from the settlement date.

Your home will be inspected 30 days and 11 months after settlement by a Klabe team member and problems will be resolved as soon as possible.

Builders who participate in the HBW program must meet standards of qualification and must also be reviewed annually for financial stability. When a builder displays the HBW symbol, you can buy with confidence.
